Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the Company's compliance and ethics program, including policies, standards, and procedures aligned with U.S. federal, state, and industry ‑ specific regulations.
Lead or supervise internal investigations related to compliance, ethics, and regulatory matters, including remediation and reporting.
Manage responses to regulatory inquiries, audits, and examinations.
Support corporate governance initiatives and promote ethical decision ‑ making across the organization.

Advise the General Counsel, executive leadership, and business stakeholders on compliance risks, regulatory developments, and mitigation strategies.
Oversee and continuously improve the Company's compliance framework, including risk assessments, monitoring activities, and corrective action plans.
Stay updated on regulatory and enforcement developments and ensure timely updates to compliance programs and internal guidance.
Monitor compliance metrics and monitor organizational activities for potential beaches.
Oversee enterprise compliance training and awareness programs for employees, leadership, and contractors.
Establish compliance reporting metrics and present regular updates to the General Counsel and executive leadership.
7-10+ years of progressive experience in compliance, regulatory, ethics, or risk management roles, preferably within energy, infrastructure, or other highly regulated industries.
Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and overseeing enterprise compliance programs, including areas such as anti ‑ corruption, ethics, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
