Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the Company's compliance and ethics program, including policies, standards, and procedures aligned with U.S. federal, state, and industry ‑ specific regulations.
  • Lead or supervise internal investigations related to compliance, ethics, and regulatory matters, including remediation and reporting.
  • Manage responses to regulatory inquiries, audits, and examinations.
  • Support corporate governance initiatives and promote ethical decision ‑ making across the organization.

Nice to have

  • Advise the General Counsel, executive leadership, and business stakeholders on compliance risks, regulatory developments, and mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee and continuously improve the Company's compliance framework, including risk assessments, monitoring activities, and corrective action plans.
  • Stay updated on regulatory and enforcement developments and ensure timely updates to compliance programs and internal guidance.
  • Monitor compliance metrics and monitor organizational activities for potential beaches.
  • Oversee enterprise compliance training and awareness programs for employees, leadership, and contractors.
  • Establish compliance reporting metrics and present regular updates to the General Counsel and executive leadership.
  • 7-10+ years of progressive experience in compliance, regulatory, ethics, or risk management roles, preferably within energy, infrastructure, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and overseeing enterprise compliance programs, including areas such as anti ‑ corruption, ethics, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
