- Identify, investigate, and resolve data issues and exceptions.

- Review and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
- Own day-to-day operational workflows end to end.
- Partner with the data and engineering teams to improve quality and process.
- Build and document repeatable, scalable operating procedures.

Requirements
- 3+ years in operations, data operations, or fund/financial operations.
- Comfort with data and modern software, including AI-assisted tools.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- Open, intellectually curious conversations are required to consistently arrive at the best decisions.

- Travel may be required for team and department offsites.

Compensation
- The expected base salary range for this role is $95,000 to $135,000.
- Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, interview performance, internal equity, and market data.
- This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits; total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus.
