Lineage is hiring a Customer Care Representative to provide exceptional customer service while supporting warehouse operations.

Develop and maintain professional customer relationships
Check in truck drivers, verify shipping documents, and schedule delivery/pickup appointments
Collaborate with Operations on special client requests, expediting when necessary
Maintain and file documentation in an organized and comprehensive manner
Partner with Inventory and Operations to research inventory discrepancies and misplacements
In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, process orders, track product availability, and coordinate with drivers and the warehouse team to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations.
We'll ask you for your opinion and ensure we do our part to keep you developing and engaged as we grow our business.

English proficiency may be required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. (weight may vary depending on facility)
