About the role

- The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple aspects of construction projects including scheduling, financials, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.
Responsibilities
- RFIs, submittals, and document control
- Support front-end development, including bid package preparation
- Maintain and update project schedules using Smartsheet
- Implement Lean construction practices, including pull planning and weekly work plans
- Lead subcontractor buyout process, including bid qualification and contract issuance
- Manage owner and subcontractor change orders
- Lead project closeout, including inspections, training, and O&M documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of construction project management experience (level dependent)
- Strong understanding of construction safety and OSHA guidelines
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience with Procore and Smartsheet
Nice to have
- Experience in assisted living and/or multi-family residential construction strongly preferred
Compensation
- $120,000-$160,000
