About the role
- Expertise in Change Management and Transformation - People, Process, and Technology - is critical to crafting services work streams aligned to each customer's long-term strategy.
- As Rubrik scales AI-enhanced tools into the services sales motion - pipeline management, forecasting, quote automation, project scoping, SOW generation - you'll have the opportunity to help shape that evolution and grow your career alongside it.
Responsibilities
- Lead the pre-sales process for complex opportunities - understanding customer business and technical objectives, scoping engagements, and building the services business case
- Partner with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to position Professional Services and Advanced Services offerings, methodology, and value - helping them close bigger deals faster and exceed quota
- Build proposals, quotes, and SOWs, increasingly leveraging AI-enhanced workflows to accelerate turnaround
- Work closely with Professional Services delivery, Support, and Resilience Guardian stakeholders to align pre-sales scope with post-sales success
- Own and drive services pipeline, forecasting, and bookings
