About the role

  • About Optima Medical Optima Medical is an Arizona-based medical group consisting of 30 locations and over 130+ medical providers, who care for more than 200,000 patients statewide.

  • This individual will play a critical role in driving hiring efforts across a wide range of positions, including Medical Assistants (MA), Front Desk staff, Clinic Administrators, and corporate roles.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles including MA, front office, clinic operations, and corporate positions
  • Build strong relationships with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities
  • Manage candidate communications and guide them through the hiring process
  • Negotiate offers and support onboarding documentation and processes
  • Post and maintain job listings across multiple platforms
  • Attend career fairs and networking events to build talent pipelines
  • Utilize Greenhouse (ATS) to track candidates and maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • 1+ year of recruiting experience (agency or in-house), preferably in a high-volume environment
  • Experience recruiting for healthcare roles (MA, front desk, clinic admin, etc.) is a plus, but not required
  • Strong sourcing and talent pipeline development skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting corporate hiring is a plus
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (not required)
