About the role
- You will be the first dedicated healthcare seller on the team, reporting to the VP of Sales, and you will define how Decagon wins inside the US Payer, Provider, and Life Sciences markets.
- You will be signing foundational relationships with the largest healthcare buyers in the country: the top US health plans, the largest integrated delivery networks and academic medical centers, and leading Life Sciences companies.
- You will not be inheriting a playbook - you will be writing it.
Responsibilities
- Decagon is the leading conversational AI platform empowering every brand to deliver concierge customer experiences.
Requirements
- A playbook builder: you have authored the account plans, qualification frameworks, and deal-shape templates that your prior teams inherited and ran.
Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the business acumen to speak the language of the C-suite.
- Trained in MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or a similar value-selling framework.
Compensation
- OTE $340,000 - $380,000 + Offers Equity
