About the role
- This role will provide hands-on leadership to maintenance technicians, coordinate daily work, and ensure preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance activities are completed safely and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities for assigned shifts and production areas.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment.
- Coach, mentor, and develop maintenance technicians through hands-on training and technical guidance.
- Support critical spare parts identification, inventory management, and equipment readiness.
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, with working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, controls, and automated equipment.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance practices and CMMS-based work management.
