Responsibilities

  • ECM provides fresh ideas and broad distribution to help clients get the most from each stage of a transaction, and continually develops new capital market solutions to lessen clients' risks.
  • You will not only get exposure to the deal process - including business development, origination, structuring and execution - but also will develop an understanding of how the different areas of the bank interact.
  • Build direct cross-functional relationships with bankers in product and regional business units.

Compensation

  • $110,000.00 - $225,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
  • Discretionary incentive eligible
  • This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
  • Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
