About the role
- Sentara is hiring a MRI Technologist in Williamsburg, Virginia.
- This is a Flexi, rotating shift opportunity.
- Explain examination and procedure to patients, and complete departmental documentation.
Responsibilities
- Maintain adequate supply inventory for performing examinations.
Requirements
- CNMT or ARDMS or ARRT or ARMRIT is required.
- Completion of MRI school/MRI certificate program OR Graduate of a 24-month program in radiologic technology in lieu of experience.
- Must obtain ARRT MR advanced registry or ARMRIT within two years of hire (to include mergers and acquisitions) BLS 1-year experience in a Rad Tech position including Radiologic Tech, Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, or Ultrasound preferred.
Nice to have
- Six months of MR experience or completion of MR didactic program preferred.
