About the role

  • Fluke Reliability is seeking a motivated individual to join our service team as a Field Service Engineer.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Customer Support/Services, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Management, and support the development and training of other field engineers as needed.

Requirements

  • Ability to work occasional weekends and holidays based on customer and business needs. - Valid Driver's License is required (Passport is recommended). - Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Salesforce, CAD software.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs of equipment, ascend and descend stairs, ladders, don/doff PPE and fall protection, and work in uncomfortable manufacturing conditions.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical qualifications in electrical/ mechanical engineering
  • Able to demonstrate a successful career, with previous experience in service, maintenance, or technical role -
  • Book and manage all required travel arrangements to and from customer sites in accordance with company travel policies.
  • Prepare and maintain the tools, equipment, documentation, and job information required to execute assigned field service and training work safely and effectively.
  • Generate clear, accurate, and timely customer-facing service reports and supplemental documentation following completion of work, and maintain required information in company systems/databases.

Compensation

  • The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 76,700.00 - 128,100.00
