About the role
- Acquired by private equity firm Calera Capital in 2018, ImageFIRST serves medical facilities nationwide providing linen, patient gowns, scrubs, and more while managing their clients' linen inventory for cost management.
- Promote a culture aligned with company goals, values, safety, and empowerment.
- Service Operations & Route Management Oversee daily execution of service routes and customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Development Hire, train, develop, and coach service personnel.
- Support route, sales, and administrative personnel.
- Manage route logistics, including routing of accounts and merchandise control.
- Customer Relations & Business Growth Maintain and grow recurring revenue streams.
- Execute business plans for renewing, expanding, and developing route business.
- Identify and implement account improvements with new products and services.
- Manage daily account functions (audits, scrub counts, reconciliations, etc.).
- Maintain adherence to all policies, guidelines, and external compliance standards.
- Fleet & Equipment Management Schedule and manage routine maintenance on company trucks.
- Maintain truck maintenance logs and ensure operational readiness
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent managerial experience.
- 4+ years of route management experience.
- Ability to analyze sales opportunities and assess customer needs.
- Proficiency in interpreting reports and performance metrics.
- High energy with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Maintain truck maintenance logs and ensure operational readiness MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent managerial experience.
