About the role

Be a visible leader on the campus, executing the vision of the church and the Outreach ministry.
Assist in the overall leadership of the campus, promoting outreach events and opportunities to serve.
Identify opportunities to regularly integrate outreach opportunities into every aspect of the church.

Develop and care for all Outreach leaders, structures, and events (including church-wide Outreach initiatives).
Drive toward creating and stewarding partnerships with organizations that your campus serves.
Support the benevolence needs of the campus appropriately and effectively.
Implement the infrastructure of all standard operating systems, cultural expectations, volunteer leadership, and financial viability for the area you oversee.
