Responsibilities

  • Manage Windows and macOS provisioning and zero-touch deployment, including Windows Autopilot and Apple Automated Device Enrollment.
  • Manage endpoint patching and software update processes, including testing, deployment, monitoring, and remediation.
  • Configure and support Intune Company Portal and mobile device enrollment.
  • Develop and maintain standardized endpoint configurations and security controls in partnership with Information Security.
  • Configure and maintain Microsoft Defender for Office 365 email protection and security policies, including anti-phishing, anti-spam, malware protection, Safe Links, Safe Attachments, and related threat protection capabilities.
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and related data protection controls.
  • Administer and support Microsoft Defender and related endpoint security capabilities in partnership with Information Security.
  • Manage and maintain compliance with all licensed Microsoft products.
  • Design and implement automations and integrations between IT systems using Workato, Okta Workflows, PowerShell, APIs, and other appropriate technologies.
  • Develop and maintain Workato integrations between platforms such as ServiceNow, Okta, Microsoft 365, HR systems, and endpoint management solutions.

  • This role requires strong technical expertise, independent problem-solving, and the ability to design and implement scalable solutions that improve the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT operations.
  • The ideal candidate will be expected to identify opportunities to streamline IT operations through automation, system integration, and process improvement.
  • The role will also provide advanced technical support and high-touch service to executives and executive assistants and serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
  • Endpoint Management
  • Serve as a senior subject matter expert for the organization's Windows and macOS endpoint environments.
  • Administer Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro, including the creation, testing, and deployment of policies, configuration profiles, applications, security settings, and compliance controls.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot endpoint enrollment, policy, application, compliance, and deployment issues.
  • Microsoft Administration
  • Serve as a senior technical resource for Microsoft 365 and related Microsoft cloud technologies.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Purview, Defender, and related services.
  • Monitor DLP and email security activity, troubleshoot policy behavior, and tune policies to balance security requirements with employee productivity.
  • Stay current with Microsoft cloud capabilities and identify opportunities to improve security, administration, and operational efficiency.
