Bachelor's degree
Demonstrated expertise in event logistics-venue selection, vendor and speaker coordination, budgeting, and sponsorship
Proficiency in event and project management tools and Google Suite
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a heavily cross-functional environment

3-5+ years of corporate and/or Non-profit event planning experience, showcasing a growth-oriented trajectory, experience with conferences preferred.

You will collaborate closely with multiple members of our team, student leaders, donors, and partners to plan and deliver world-class events that advance our vision, mission, and values.
