About the role
- As a Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist, you will provide psychosocial assessments, therapeutic counseling, and crisis intervention for patients and families.

- Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the broader care team to ensure integrated care
- Coordinate services and support smooth transitions across levels of care

Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Active Indiana licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC (required)
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- Apply knowledge of protective service mandates for both adults and children
- Strong knowledge of disease processes, human behavior, and principles of growth and development
- Ability to provide effective therapeutic counseling and crisis intervention
Nice to have
- CPI (Non-Violent Crisis Intervention) certification preferred
