About the role

As a Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist, you will provide psychosocial assessments, therapeutic counseling, and crisis intervention for patients and families.
This role is ideal for a mission-driven therapist who thrives in a collaborative, community-based setting.
Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the broader care team to ensure integrated care
Coordinate services and support smooth transitions across levels of care

Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy
Active Indiana licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC (required)
Required Skills and Qualifications
Apply knowledge of protective service mandates for both adults and children
Strong knowledge of disease processes, human behavior, and principles of growth and development
Ability to provide effective therapeutic counseling and crisis intervention
