Responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability lead and work in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to identify business process issues and drive process improvement
Requirements
- Ability to work in a shop environment, including standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable with occasional bending, kneeling, and climbing as required for infrastructure maintenance.
- Ability to sustain extended periods of sitting and computer usage
- At least 5 years of experience in partnership development and/or purchasing in the commercial vehicle or EV hardware product environment
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, including C-level, engineering, legal, finance, manufacturing, and logistics
- Deep experience in complex project management
- Uncanny ability to execute
- Language Requirement: Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written) is required for this position.
- Candidates must be able to conduct meetings, prepare written materials, and provide service in both languages.
Nice to have
- Advanced (Master's, Doctorate, etc.) degree in business, operations, supply chain, or other related field
- Experience in the electric vehicle industry
- Experience with automotive component supply chain
