Nice to have
- Professional Engineer (PE) or similar industry certification.
- Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and client communications.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Experience with submarine cable systems, cable landing stations, terrestrial backhaul networks, dark fiber infrastructure, or carrier-neutral facilities.
- Experience supporting international telecommunications infrastructure projects.
- Experience with permitting, utility coordination, and environmental review processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
- Proven leadership and team development capabilities.
