About the role

  • The Supply Chain Project Coordinator coordinates the flow of parts from suppliers according to daily, weekly and monthly production schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the operations team in troubleshooting and developing corrective actions for distribution interruptions
  • Develop and implement standard tools and processes to provide total supply chain delivery analysis to be used in SIOP discussions
  • Analyze and prepare documents needed for distribution
  • Data analysis and decision making to support customer demand and order delivery.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify issues and implement solutions to improve total supply chain delivery

Requirements

  • This individual must be able to facilitate and support daily operations and multiple priorities.
  • To qualify for this position, former employees must be eligible for rehire, and current employees must be in good standing.
  • Follows the production schedule and other reports as required.
  • Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation.

  • A successful Project Coordinator will be detail-oriented, yet work efficiently and have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation

  • The starting pay range for Minnesota is $70,000 to $92,000 per year.
