About the role

Responsibilities
- Attend account/function team meetings to gain a deep understanding of the business and identify opportunities to provide proactive financial and operational support.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally across all agency verticals while maintaining a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Provide training and ongoing support to assigned teams on finance processes, systems, and policies to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Maintain, organize, and regularly update finance and process documentation for assigned accounts and functions.
- Manage monthly Aging Report follow-ups for assigned accounts/functions.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and support the development, and implementation of processes that enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Support financial planning, forecasting, and projections for assigned teams, as needed.
- Prioritize and manage daily responsibilities independently, proactively identifying work that needs to be completed without requiring task-by-task direction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with a focus on business management, project management, or similar discipline.
- 2+ years' experience in finance, operations, project management, or a related field OR strong internship experience in one of these areas.
- Strong knowledge of, and a genuine interest in, business operations, finance, project management, policies, and process improvement.
- Highly resourceful self-starter with a demonstrated ability to research issues, leverage available resources, and independently determine appropriate next steps before escalating.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- must have excellent Excel skills.
- Demonstrated learning agility with the ability to quickly absorb and apply new concepts, systems, and processes, and translate training and hands-on experience into independent execution.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through. Ability to consistently deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight and proactively identify and resolve discrepancies before they become issues.
- Highly adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to prioritize work, manage competing demands, and operate effectively in an environment where responsibilities are self-directed rather than assigned on a daily basis.
- Strong organizational, verbal, written, listening, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to ask thoughtful, well-informed questions and clearly articulate understanding, recommendations, and next steps.
- Creative and analytical thinker with curiosity about technology, digital solutions, and industry trends.

- This job will be based out of our office in Los Angeles, CA
Compensation
- The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $71,000 - $77,000.
- Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in the role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
