About the role

- Serve as a primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders on matters related to executive scheduling, priorities, and communications.
Responsibilities
- Executive Support
- Provide comprehensive, high ‑ level administrative support to senior leadership, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, meeting logistics, and correspondence.
- Draft, edit, and proofread executive ‑ level documents, presentations, and briefing materials, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
- Manage competing priorities on behalf of the executive, exercising sound judgment and discretion to ensure time and attention are focused on the highest ‑ value matters.
- Act as a trusted executive partner by supporting, tracking, and advancing leadership priorities.
- Support executive decision ‑ making by gathering information, synthesizing inputs, and preparing concise, executive ‑ level summaries and briefings.
- Systems, Tools & Technical Support
- Serve as a power user for systems and platforms utilized by senior leadership (e.g., Outlook, document management tools, reporting platforms), ensuring efficient use and data accuracy.
- Coordinate with IT, finance, and operations teams to ensure executives have appropriate tools, access, and support.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable senior executive support role.
- Proven ability to work with discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism in an executive environment.

- Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders in a law firm, professional services, or similarly structured organization.
- Strong analytical and problem ‑ solving skills applied in a support and enablement capacity.
- Experience supporting partners, principals, or C ‑ suite executives is highly preferred.
Nice to have
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- experience working with reporting tools or dashboards strongly preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar systems is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Compensation
- The salary range for this role reflects a variety of factors considered in compensation decisions, including but not limited to an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, work location, work arrangement, licensure and certifications, and applicable laws.
- Placement within the range will vary based on these factors, and compensation decisions are made to ensure internal equity and alignment with market data.
- A reasonable and good-faith estimate of the current salary range for individuals able to work in the office locally is:
- $64,000.00 - $77,000.00
