About the role

Senior Content Marketing Strategist exists to shape the stories, resources, and thought leadership that help people understand healthcare differently-and trust Redirect Health as a guide in a complex system.
Experience collaborating with SEO teams or agencies; a solid understanding of SEO best practices.

Leverage AI tools to support content creation and iteration while applying strong editorial judgment and proven copywriting frameworks.
Success in this role is measured by: Growth in organic traffic, keyword rankings, and inbound leads driven by content Consistency and quality of brand voice across all owned channels Engagement metrics such as time on page, content consumption, and audience growth Strong collaboration and alignment across marketing,

5+ years of experience in content strategy, editing, or editorial leadership, ideally in B2C or B2B2C environments.
Experience using AI tools to enhance content and copy development, grounded in a strong understanding of marketing frameworks such as email sequences, funnels, and conversion-focused messaging.
Experience collaborating with SEO teams or agencies
