About the role
- The Client Onboarding organization is responsible for accurate, efficient, effective and timely onboarding of clients across all businesses and geographies at Nelnet.
- Starting Pay Rate: $60,000 - $70,000 based on experience.
- Nelnet believes in a hybrid work environment that accommodates both in-office and remote work.
Responsibilities
- Performing analysis/due diligence, creating clear and attainable objectives and building project requirements
- Excellent relationship building skills
Requirements
- Bachelors required.
Nice to have
- 3 + years in project management experience
- Experience in end to end onboarding and implementation
- PMP Certification a plus
- Experience with Microsoft project, JIRA and confluence.
