This role is essential for delivering technology-driven initiatives, providing high-touch customer support for our Derivatives trading and market data lines of business, and ensuring the seamless execution of client certifications and QA testing.
Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for Direct Market Access Vendors, Canadian and Foreign Approved Participants, and Market Data Vendors.
Lead and support clients through the application certification process, ensuring their systems meet all technical requirements for trading.
Execute End User QA Testing for business changes and technology initiatives to maintain platform integrity.

1 to 3 years of experience within the financial services or capital markets industry.
Ability to navigate complex technical environments and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is required to support partners and stakeholders in both languages.
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Google for Work).

Experience with Level 1 triage using tools such as Netscout, Splunk or Wireshark.
