Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the firm's enterprise data and analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Establish a scalable data architecture that supports investment, operational, financial, and client reporting needs.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of data engineers, analytics professionals, and BI developers.
- Partner with executive leadership to prioritize data initiatives and technology investments.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise data platforms and pipelines.
- Evaluate and implement cloud-based data platforms, data warehouses, and modern analytics technologies.
- Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting for investment performance, fundraising, portfolio monitoring, operations, and finance.
- Partner with investment professionals to enhance portfolio analytics, attribution reporting, risk analytics, and performance measurement.
- Deliver self-service reporting capabilities using modern BI tools.
- Monitor data controls and partner with Internal Audit, Compliance, and Risk teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in data engineering, analytics, business intelligence, or enterprise data management.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and enterprise data initiatives.
- Experience within asset management, private equity, credit, hedge funds, investment management, banking, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of investment data, fund structures, portfolio reporting, and financial data management.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Expertise in SQL and modern data warehouse technologies.
- Experience with ETL/ELT frameworks and data pipeline development.
- Experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

- Actual pay will depend on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills.
Compensation
- The compensation range for this position is $146,000 - $219,000 per year.
- This range represents the base salary only.
