About the role

  • Champion & Nash HVAC is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Pasadena, TX.
  • You'll diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, educate homeowners on solutions, and represent Champion & Nash with professionalism on every call.
  • If you're a motivated technician who takes pride in your work and wants to grow with a supportive team, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Perform residential HVAC maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
  • Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and professional service.
  • Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and job site.
  • Whether you're interested in becoming a Field/Department Manager or maybe you're interested in Sales, Tech and Corporate roles, we're here to support your growth.

Requirements

  • Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
  • Ability to regularly lift and move 50+ pounds.
