Responsibilities
- Project Management (Real Estate Sector): Support of managing, regulating, and supervising construction processes, from the pre-construction phase, track deliverables during the construction phase, evaluate project delivery, and close out at the end of the initiative.
- The tenacity and drive to inject value and create solutions.
- Develops good working relationships with project teams/ external project stakeholders.
- Working in partnership makes it possible to deliver the world's most impactful projects and programmes as we turn challenge into opportunity and complexity into success.
Requirements
- This role would require strong data analytics skills, experience with digital visualization tools, and strong research capabilities.
- Currently working on a bachelor's degree in construction, Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Data Analytics, and/ or equivalent.
