About the role
- What The Role Is Reporting to the Wind Site Manager, the Wind Technician is responsible for assisting in the performance of wind turbine mechanical, hydraulic, and electric component maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Follow safety procedures, observe safe working practices, and maintain a safe working environment under direct supervision.
- Document all work performed, parts used, and time spent using computer-based service reporting procedures.
- Maintain hand tools in good working order and well organized.
- Operate and maintain a service vehicle.
- Help in all areas of site operations as directed by Site Lead and Site Manager with minimal supervision.
- Perform all mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical component maintenance, repair and replacement to correct malfunctions.
- Lead maintenance and troubleshooting crews as necessary.
- Safely perform LOTO and mentor lower level technicians in LOTO.
- The primary objective is to maintain safe, effective, efficient, and profitable wind turbine operation.

- $42k-$50k
