Responsibilities

- You'll own the full lifecycle of events-from early concept to final cue.
- Acting as a trusted partner to clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in event management-you've been in the trenches
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Strong experience managing budgets and keeping projects on track
- A foundation in events-whether through internships, early roles, or hands-on experience
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail (you don't miss things)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with tools like Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, and event platforms
- A genuine passion for events and a proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
- Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required. Relevant experience and the ability to execute at a high level matter most
- A few realities of the role:
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as events require
- Ability to support non-traditional schedules and occasional overtime tied to event execution and leadership needs

Compensation
- $125k-$140k
