- 5+ years IT support experience, 3 or more years as a Field Engineer, with proven experience working on servers and multiple complex projects as lead technician
- Ability to be lead technician on server and workstation projects and diagnose network issues
Requirements
- You will be in one of the primary positions for our team so you must be a self-starter, a leader as w ell as a great problem solver.
- Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:
- Ability to pass advanced proficiency tests on hardware, software, networking, servers and cloud services and mobile devices
