About the role

This role provides leadership for quality systems, compliance, laboratory operations, incoming material quality, manufacturing quality, supplier quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The Director is accountable for maintaining ISO certification, supporting GMP compliance, overseeing audit programs, driving quality performance metrics, and ensuring the effectiveness of quality processes throughout the organization.
This position plays a critical role in advancing digital quality initiatives, including the implementation of electronic quality systems, Redzone, data-driven quality reporting, and automation opportunities that improve efficiency, visibility, and compliance.
