About the role

- As a Supervisor Production Shift, you'll join a dynamic team committed to strengthening the world's energy systems to make them more resilient, efficient, and reliable.
- This role focuses on maintaining a safe working environment by overseeing the proper use of equipment and scheduling necessary maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Manage Workflow and Assign Responsibilities
- Develops and maintain shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing and uninterrupted operations
- Equipment Operations Support
- Operates machinery and equipment as needed to support production demands
- Analyzes production data to identify inefficiencies and recommends process improvements to optimize production output
- Other duties as assigned, including analyzing production data and offering constructive improvements to optimize production output
Requirements
- External: 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or Internal: 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Internal: Must be fully certified on all tools and in good standing with no write-ups or performance issues in the past 12 months
Nice to have
- Semiconductor Manufacturing or Manufacturing Technology certification
- Associate's degree in Advanced Manufacturing, Semiconductor Technology, or related degree program
- Prior experience in discrete manufacturing environment
