About the role

Title: Field Service Technician - Toronto Reporting to Field Service Manager Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Field Service Technician to join our growing team located in Toronto, Canada.
The Field Service Technician will work both on-site and out of the Toronto office.
The Field Service Technician will be reporting to the Field Service Manager.

Manage service call scheduling, parts inventory, and administrative responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Manage customer relationship, written documentation of service activities, and effective interaction and communication with internal technical support personnel, manufacturing, and sales.
Review available technical literature to maintain an awareness of current aesthetic and surgical practices and procedures.

We may use artificial intelligence (Al) tools to support parts of the hiring process.

Associate degree with applicable work experience required.
Bachelor's degree would be considered an asset.
Experience in ERP and CRM systems would be considered and asset.
Must have a valid driver's license and your own vehicle.
Up to 80% travel may be required to meet customer needs.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, Word and Excel.
Ability to read, interpret and analyze schematics, assembly drawings and wiring diagrams.
Associate degree with applicable work experience required. Bachelor's degree would be considered an asset.
experience in medical device industry or comparable capital equipment industry preferred.
Capability to lift a minimum of 50lbs and at times, 80lbs.
Fluent in English is mandatory
Fluent in Spanish or French would be considered an asset.
Availability and flexibility to work after hours and weekends when needed during peak times.
Must possess basic software skills and computer literacy.
Familiarity with robotic instrumentation, automated instrumentation or aesthetic medical would be considered an asset.

3+ years' prior field service experience, installation and troubleshooting complex electronic equipment or equivalent

Base salary range: $60,000-$67,000
