About the role
- Title: Field Service Technician - Toronto Reporting to Field Service Manager Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Field Service Technician to join our growing team located in Toronto, Canada.
- The Field Service Technician will work both on-site and out of the Toronto office.
- The Field Service Technician will be reporting to the Field Service Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage service call scheduling, parts inventory, and administrative responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Manage customer relationship, written documentation of service activities, and effective interaction and communication with internal technical support personnel, manufacturing, and sales.
- Review available technical literature to maintain an awareness of current aesthetic and surgical practices and procedures.

- We may use artificial intelligence (Al) tools to support parts of the hiring process.
Requirements
- Associate degree with applicable work experience required.
- Bachelor's degree would be considered an asset.
- Experience in ERP and CRM systems would be considered and asset.
- Must have a valid driver's license and your own vehicle.
- Up to 80% travel may be required to meet customer needs.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Ability to read, interpret and analyze schematics, assembly drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Associate degree with applicable work experience required. Bachelor's degree would be considered an asset.
- experience in medical device industry or comparable capital equipment industry preferred.
- Capability to lift a minimum of 50lbs and at times, 80lbs.
- Fluent in English is mandatory
- Fluent in Spanish or French would be considered an asset.
- Availability and flexibility to work after hours and weekends when needed during peak times.
- Must possess basic software skills and computer literacy.
- Familiarity with robotic instrumentation, automated instrumentation or aesthetic medical would be considered an asset.
Nice to have
- 3+ years' prior field service experience, installation and troubleshooting complex electronic equipment or equivalent
Compensation
- Base salary range: $60,000-$67,000
