Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update due diligence documentation for all existing production sites, including audits, certifications, and compliance evidence.
  • Perform periodic risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Pull and analyze data from the platforms to generate insights, dashboards, and trend reports that support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead root cause investigations, develop effective corrective actions, and verify effectiveness of preventive actions.
  • Maintain a centralized CAPA log within the appropriate system, ensuring timely closure and documentation of all actions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • The role requires deep collaboration with cross-functional teams and proficiency in multiple digital platforms, including Foodlogiq, CMX1, and internal Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.
  • Systems & Tool Proficiency

Nice to have

  • Master's degree or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of customer-facing environment experience - CPA, CMA, CISA, CIA or equivalent risk, audit, or compliance credentials - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
