About the role
- In addition to performing hands-on work, this role assists with task oversight, safety adherence, and real-time problem-solving in collaboration with Operations Attendants.
- The historic facility, formerly known as Dodgertown, was renamed Jackie Robinson Training Complex in honor of its trailblazing namesake.

Responsibilities
- Support and assist with daily operational and event setups and breakdowns across JRTC facilities
- Execute event layouts, room setups, and field support elements in accordance with plans, specifications, and direction from Operations leadership
- Support clubhouse operations as needed, including locker room setup, laundry assistance, hydration stations, and preparation of player and staff support spaces
- Assist with dugout, seating bowl, and exterior facility support tasks, ensuring work is completed in accordance with standard operating procedures
Requirements
- Candidate must be a self-starter who will work as a team player and will also be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice to have
- The preferred candidate will have 1-3 years of experience working in facility or athletic operations
- Supervisory experience of at least 1 year strongly preferred
- Knowledge of the game of baseball preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite preferred
