About the role
- Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 - M-F 7am-3:30pm.
- Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.

Responsibilities
- Requires manual dexterity to operate tools, equipment, and computerized building automation systems.
- Requires visual acuity to read gauges, meters, system displays, and technical documents.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree or technical certification in HVAC, Controls, Building Automation, or a related field preferred
- Refrigeration License preferred
- Experience with Building Automation Systems (e.g., Johnson Controls, Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
Skills
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and system documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and participation in on-call rotation as needed.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Working knowledge of building automation communication protocols
- Experience with HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, air handling units, and energy management systems
- Experience in a healthcare or regulated environment
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and controls troubleshooting
Compensation
