About the role
- Job description Role: Store Manager Contract Type: Permanent Contract Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week) VPZ are the market-leading vape and e-cig retailer in the UK.
- With over 150 stores across the country, and continuing to expand across the UK, we're now looking for someone special to join us in VPZ Kettering.
- This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to join our team in VPZ Kettering.

- Coaching and developing your team members in all aspects of their role
Requirements
- Experience you'll bring
- Experience in managing a team, preferably within a retail or hospitality environment
- Able to work well under pressure when required.

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- 1 year (preferred)
- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

Compensation
- £12.50-£13.00 per hour
