About the role
- Reporting to the Senior Manager of Merch, Events, and Brand Experience, you'll scale the in-person presence that puts our sequencing services directly in front of the scientists who use them every day.
- Based in South San Francisco, 3 days a week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Own booth logistics, shipping, signage, staffing schedules, and lead capture across single-booth, double-booth, and international formats.
- Take conferences on your own when the calendar overlaps.
- Develop, plan, and execute field marketing programs: sales account-based events, roadshows, and regional user meetings.
- Design and build a North American roadshow program from scratch.
- Align events with Sales account priorities and pipeline goals, and own lead handoff and follow-up.
- Build a multi-channel outreach and promotional plan for each event.
