About the role

The On-Shift Technical Trainer serves as the dedicated, hands-on training leader for their assigned shift.
This role is solely responsible for ensuring all training needs are executed, documented, and sustained for employees on that shift.
Working in close partnership with the Sr.

Deliver hands-on technical skills training on equipment, processes, safety, and quality standards.
Validate employee competency through observation, skills verification, and documented sign-offs.
Maintain real-time visibility of training progress for the shift.
20% Operational Partnership Partner daily with the Sr.
Collaborate with Operations to understand production needs, staffing plans, and performance gaps.
Work closely with the Employee Experience Business Partner (EEBP) to support new hire integration, performance development, and retention efforts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records.

HS diploma or equivalent GED Demonstrated technical proficiency in manufacturing operations and computer skills (including MS Office).
Strong knowledge of equipment, safety standards, and quality processes.
Ability to provide clear hands-on instruction Minimum of 5 years of high-speed manufacturing experience and/or on the job training in incontinence manufacturing.
20% Performance Expectations / Success Measures 100% completion of required training within defined timelines.

Prior experience training or mentoring employees.
Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
Internal qualifications of Manufacturing Tech 2 Mid / Cross-department equivalent or higher Critical

Supervisor, Training to align on priorities, workforce readiness, and skill gaps.
