About the role

  • Shift: Back Half Nights (Wednesday-Saturday 9pm-7:30am)
  • As a Compounding Pharmacy Technician with Hims, you'll serve as an integral part of the Hims Dispense & Fill pharmacy team.
  • You will work in our closed-door, modern pharmacy facility, focusing on:

Responsibilities

  • Clean, calibrate, and maintain non-sterile compounding equipment and designated workspaces.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
  • Maintain proper documentation, including batch records, ingredient logs, and cleaning logs.
  • We are focused on building a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Requirements

  • Gain valuable experience with USP <795> and USP <800>, compounding unique formulations such as gummies, pharmacy automation, and more in our innovative pharmacy
  • These items would include gloves, respiratory protection, gown and other items as required.
  • Physical exertion required.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Continuous professional development - Gain valuable experience with USP <795> and USP <800>, compounding unique formulations such as gummies, pharmacy automation, and more in our innovative pharmacy

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Active registration as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in the State of Ohio.
  • At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience
  • prior experience in hospital or compounding settings preferred.
  • Familiarity with USP <795> and <800> standards and non-sterile compounding processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Organized, dependable, and collaborative team player.
  • Commitment to patient safety and quality standards.
