About the role
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, and software issues; assist with identifying root causes and restoring services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of networking, IT infrastructure, or related technical experience.
- Working knowledge of Cisco networking devices including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Familiarity with installing, configuring, and supporting network environments using Cisco technologies.
- Experience using or exposure to network monitoring, testing, or diagnostic tools (e.g., Spirent, T-Berd, SolarWinds, Wireshark, etc.).
- Ability to troubleshoot network hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Experience creating or updating technical documentation, diagrams, or operational procedures.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity monitoring tools such as Splunk, Security Onion, or similar platforms.
- Positions that require this access will be required to receive and maintain a U.S. government personnel security clearance (PCL).

- Up to 25% OCONUS travel will be required to support integration and testing activities.
- Work alongside U.S. Government network engineers, Cyber/IA teams, and technical staff to assist with network setup, implementation, and troubleshooting.

Compensation
- $100,000-120,000 USD per year (San Diego (United States))
