About the role
- Pay Range: $52.50 - $77.18 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
- Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Pharmacist to join our team.
- Acts as liaison between allied health professionals and registered nurses in providing accurate and rational drug therapy to patients upon receipt of an allied health professional's order.
Responsibilities
- Adoption Assistance provides financial support up to $7,500 for colleagues growing their families through adoption to reimburse application and legal fees, transportation, and more!
Nice to have
- Graduate of accredited Pharmacy program
- eligible for Pharmacist licensure in state of practice.
- Residency preferred.
- Licensed Pharmacist in the state of practice or is eligible to apply for pharmacy board exam/state of practice licensure is required.
- If not currently a Licensed Pharmacist in state of practice, must obtain within 180 days of hire.
- Board Certification is preferred.
Compensation
