About the role
- Our client, a leading energy company accelerating the transition to clean, reliable, and affordable energy solutions, has exclusively retained Solutus Legal Search to assist with its search for a Sr.
- The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of legal experience, including substantial expertise drafting, negotiating, and advising on sophisticated commercial transactions.
- Experience supporting companies in the energy, infrastructure, technology, manufacturing, or other highly regulated and commercially complex industries is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance contract templates, playbooks, policies, and legal processes designed to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
- Support corporate governance activities, including board and committee matters, preparation of resolutions and meeting materials, and governance-related compliance initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with finance, talent, operations, procurement, and other business teams to address complex commercial and strategic matters.
- Manage and oversee outside counsel, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective legal support.
Compensation
- is targeted at a base salary range of $245,000-$250,000, plus bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
- Overall compensation will be determined by several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, experience, location, and directly relevant expertise.
