About the role

  • We are looking for an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential.
  • You will work with advanced diagnostic tools and ensure all systems operate efficiently, delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, and repair HVAC systems: Execute the full range of HVAC services, ensuring systems function optimally.
  • Perform routine maintenance: Conduct regular and preventive system checks to keep systems in top condition.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in various conditions, including confined spaces and at heights

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an HVAC Maintenance Technician.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED
  • completion of a relevant HVAC training program or apprenticeship.
  • Licenses: Valid HVAC technician license and driver's license.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
  • physical stamina and dexterity.

Compensation

  • Based on experience and qualifications.
  • $60,000 - $80,000 USD
  • Additionally, we will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the California Fair Chance Act.
