Responsibilities
- The role will perform a subset of the following duties, depending on experience level:
- Product Project Management & Technical Support
- Understand and coordinate internal product design efforts related to battery packs, BMS, and chargers
- Analyze and validate product testing reports; provide technical feedback to internal design teams, project partners, and suppliers
- Create product design communication materials (PowerPoint and Word)
- Review and analyze customer product requirement documents
- Develop design proposals and project timelines; manage product design execution from concept, engineering validation, certification, through pilot production
- Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including BOM management
- Business Operations & Business Development Support
- Support for marketing collateral development

- Communicate product requirements
- Review and verify product testing results
- Chinese-English bilingual communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Interest in technical products, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor's degree, preferred in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, strong attention to details
- Teamwork player that can work cross many internal functions as well as external customer engagement
