- Your role will involve on-site coordination, managing field staff, interpreting plans, and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Leadership: Work alongside the Project Superintendent and contractors to resolve construction challenges.
- Subcontractor Oversight: Oversee subcontractors, conduct investigations, and maintain a safe, organized job site.
- Thompson Thrift uses AI-assisted tools within our applicant tracking system to support parts of the recruiting process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field of study.
- Bachelor's degree and 4 years of progressive experience in construction site management.
- Associate's degree and 6 years of progressive experience in construction site management.
- GED and 8 years of progressive experience in construction site management

Compensation
- Total Rewards: Competitive salary plus subsistence and phone stipend, benefits, 401(k), and profit-sharing bonus potential.
- The hourly or salary range is the range Thompson Thrift in good faith believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

- Colorado Pay Range
- $90,000 - $110,000 USD
