Job Description Are you an aspiring engineer with a passion for play and the LEGO universe?
Join the LEGO Creative Play Lab for a co-op in Boston for Fall 2026 to redefine the future of play for the builders of tomorrow.
Play your part in our team succeeding Creative Play Lab is an ambitious, future‑focused innovation hub inventing radical new play opportunities and never‑seen‑before experiences for LEGO® fans of today and tomorrow!

Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, electronics, and mechatronics teams to develop new technologies.
Enthusiasm for early-stage ideation, concept development through designing for mass production and life cycle support.
Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with global design hubs in Denmark, London, and Singapore.
A builder with passion for creatively using technology as a vehicle to deliver truly incredible play experiences to children around the world!

Experience with software/firmware engineering tools including revision control, IDEs, etc.
Experience with hardware debugging tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic or bus analyzer, etc.
