About the role
- The position includes regular participation in video-based digital education for global audiences.
- Working knowledge of digital education methodologies, virtual training delivery, and adult learning principles.
- Understands how Sales, GPM, and R&D contribute to the broader organization and product lifecycle.

Requirements
- Vocational or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a vocational degree or 2 years with a Bachelor's degree.
Nice to have
- Computer literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Premiere Pro experience preferred.

- The US base pay range for this full-time position is $82,222 - $101,557 + bonus + benefits.
- Digital & Online Education
- Designs, develops, and maintains digital educational content, including e-learning modules, instructional videos, webinars, virtual workshops, and other online learning assets.
- Plans and delivers live online education for global internal and external audiences.
- Presents education content via video and live online formats as part of global digital learning offerings.
- Ensures all educational materials are clinically accurate, pedagogically sound, and aligned with regulatory and quality requirements.
- Continuously improves digital education offerings based on feedback, performance data, and evolving clinical and market needs.
