Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer stage.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted talent advisor.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure best practices are shared and continuously improved.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building strong, effective relationships.
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
- Here, you'll partner with a diverse team of experts as you use leading-edge tech to empower everyone to meet a crucial goal: finding their way home.

- 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-volume environment
