Skills

  • Analyze and improve the customer experience around training
  • Coordinate employee training programs, workshops, and New Employee Orientation
  • Coordinate purchasing, budgets, travel arrangements, and department operations
  • Supervise and support student employees
  • Ensure every program runs smoothly while delivering an exceptional experience for participants
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
  • A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Skilled at coordinating projects from start to finish
  • Professional, collaborative, and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems
  • Passionate about helping employees learn, grow, and succeed

Compensation

  • The actual compensation offered will take into consideration internal equity and may vary based on the candidate's job-related experience, knowledge, skills, and other relevant factors.

Benefits

  • Additionally, if you contribute 5%, BYU adds an additional 4% (Rehires may qualify for different retirement plans)
  • May be eligible for tuition benefits after two years
